Can I manage multiple brands/clients under one account?
Yes. OtterlyAI is built to handle multiple brands under one account. The right approach depends on why you're tracking several brands — here's how to choose.
Which setup do you need?
| Your situation | Use | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Track competitors alongside your own brand | Competitors inside one Brand Report | You want them side-by-side in the same view |
| Track several of your own brands (e.g. sub-brands, product lines) | A separate Brand Report per brand | Each gets its own clean dashboard |
| Manage separate clients (agencies) | A separate Workspace per client | Full separation of data, reports, and team access |
Option 1 — Multiple Brand Reports
Create a separate Brand Report for each brand you want to monitor. Each report has its own brand, prompts, and competitors, and its own dashboard.

You can also reuse the same prompts across reports — for example, tracking the same prompts for your brand and a competitor's brand so you're comparing like for like.
Option 2 — Separate Workspaces (best for agencies)
On Standard and Premium plans, you can create separate Workspaces — ideal for agencies managing distinct clients. Each Workspace keeps its brands, prompts, reports, and team access fully separate, so client data never mixes. The number of Workspaces is unlimited.

How prompts work across brands (the flexible part)
OtterlyAI doesn't lock prompts to a single brand or force a minimum per brand. Instead:
- You hold a shared pool of search prompts based on your plan.
- You decide how many go to each Brand Report or Workspace — allocate them however you like.
- Reusing the same prompt across reports doesn't force you to buy it twice.
💡 This means you can put 40 prompts on one important brand and 10 on another, all from the same pool — no rigid per-brand limits. How prompt limits work →
