You can delete a brand report at any time from within the report settings. Deleting a report does not delete the search prompts connected to it — prompts must be deleted separately if needed.
Steps to delete a brand report
- In the left sidebar, click on the brand report you want to delete
- Click the gear icon next to the report name to open settings
- In the upper right corner of the settings panel, click Delete
- Confirm the deletion when prompted

What happens to your data after deletion
- The brand report and its configuration (brand name, domain, competitors) are permanently deleted
- Search prompts are not deleted — they remain in your account under Search Prompts in the navigation
How to delete prompts separately
If you also want to remove the search prompts that were connected to the deleted report:
- Go to Search Prompts in the left navigation
- Select the prompts you want to remove
- Delete them from there
⚠️ Deleting a prompt permanently removes all of its historical data. This cannot be undone.
