What are Workspaces and how can they help you stay organized across clients?
Workspaces will allow you to keep every client, pitch, and experiment completely separate, while still giving your internal team access to the resources they need. You can create a dedicated Workspace for each client or brand, or spin up temporary Workspaces for proposals and experimental projects.
Your team members can be assigned to multiple Workspaces, while clients only see the reports and data relevant to them. As an Admin, you retain full control over how prompts and GEO Audits are allocated across Workspaces, all under a single subscription (available on Standard, Premium and Custom Enterprise plans).

The following section provides a step-by-step guide on creating Workspaces, editing settings, and inviting team members so you can get started quickly.
How to Create a Workspace?
- Navigate to the Admin section in the left-hand menu and select Workspaces.
- Click the New Workspace button in the top-right corner.
- Enter a name for the Workspace and upload an icon/profile image if desired.
- Assign initial resources by setting the number of prompts and GEO Audits for that Workspace. These allocations can be adjusted at any time.
- Save your changes to create the new Workspace.

How to add team members to the Workspace?
- Go to Admin > Workspaces.
- Click the Edit button next to New Workspace.
- Click on the People symbol.
4. To add someone, type their email address and send the invitation. They’ll receive an email to join the Workspace.

How to edit Workspace settings?
- Go to Admin > Workspaces.
- Click the Edit button next to New Workspace.
- In the Edit mode you can:
- Rename the Workspace
- Change the icon
- Adjust prompts and GEO audits assigned to the Workspace
- Add team members
- Delete the Workspace
