How do I report a bug?

If you encounter a bug or something that doesn’t work as expected in OtterlyAI, you can report it directly from within the app. This helps our team quickly investigate and fix the issue.

🐞 Reporting a Bug Inside the App

Locate the Feedback Icon

• Look for the chat bubble icon in the bottom-right corner of the Otterly.AI interface.

Click the Icon

• A feedback window will open where you can describe the issue.

Add a Screenshot (Optional but Recommended)

• The tool automatically captures your screen to show what you were seeing when the bug occurred.
• You can also manually upload a screenshot if needed.

Describe the Bug

• Include details like:
• What you were trying to do
• What went wrong
• Steps to reproduce the issue

Submit the Report

• Click Send to submit your feedback.
• Our support and development team will review it and follow up if more details are needed.
