Key concepts

Brand coverage / visibility — how often your brand is named across a report's prompts. Your headline number.

Share of voice — your mentions as a slice of all brand mentions in that set, so you can see your standing versus competitors at a glance.

Mentions vs. citations — a mention is your brand named in the AI's answer; a citation is a source the AI pulled from. Being named in the answer is what wins the customer.

Brand visibility index — your coverage tracked over time against competitors, so you watch the trend, not just today.

Quick reference

Read the answer, not just the links. Focus first on whether your brand is named in the response, then on which citations are influencing it.

Trends beat snapshots. Read performance over a date range and monitor daily — single days swing for no real reason.

Segment for signal. Run separate reports per product, market, or branded-vs-unbranded set. One blended report hides more than it shows.

Catch every mention. Add competitors, plus your own brand variations and abbreviations (e.g. "Coca-Cola" and "Coke"), so nothing gets missed.

Go deep when a number looks off. Click into an individual prompt to see exactly how each brand is represented and why.
