Key concepts
Prompt Research — where you generate and manage the questions customers ask AI. The foundation the whole account is built on.
Brand Reports — where you see how often AI names you versus competitors, over time and by engine.
Citations — the report showing which third-party sources AI pulls from, and where competitors appear but you don't.
GEO Audit — the tools (Crawlability Checker and Content Checker) that confirm AI can reach and read your pages.
Quick reference
The mental model. Research prompts → monitor them in Brand Reports → find gaps in Citations → fix them with the GEO Audit tools. Every later lesson is one stop on that path.
Where to start. Define your scope first — primary brand, products, competitors, domains, and the countries and languages you operate in. Clean scope is what makes the data meaningful.
Do it now, thank yourself later. Capture a baseline today (top SEO keywords and pages, and any URLs AI already cites) so you can prove progress in a month.
Finding your way. Prompt Research and Brand Reports live in the main nav; Citations sits inside your brand report; the GEO Audit tools sit together under their own section.
