You can invite whoever you want to your account.
To invite a new team member follow these steps:
1. Go to the Team Management section in the left side bar.
2. Click on the Invite team member button
3. Choose a role (admin or member) and workspaces you want to invite them to
4. Send an invitation
⚠️ Common issue: "User is a part of another team" error
If you receive an error when inviting someone, their email is likely already registered to a separate OtterlyAI free trial account. Contact support@otterly.ai to have the standalone account deleted, which will free up the email for your invitation.
