You can invite whoever you want to your account.
To invite a new team member follow these steps:
1. Go to the Team Management section in the left side bar.
2. Click on the Invite team member button
3. Choose a role (admin or member) and workspaces you want to invite them to
4. Send an invitation
If you are getting an error, your team member has probably signed up for a free trial. An email can only be used once in our system. In this case, send our support team (hello@otterly.ai) a message to delete the other user (including the email).
