I signed up but I am not in the account of my colleagues - why?
When you join Otterly.AI and you are not invited, you create a new account.
This means that signing up with your email address does not automatically add you to your colleagues' account, even if you are part of the same company.
Common reasons you are not in the same account:
1. You created a separate account.- Each new sign-up generates a fresh account unless you are invited to an existing one.
- If your team invited you with your work email, but you signed up with a personal one (e.g. Gmail), you'll end up in a different account.
- Access to a company workspace is by invitation only. Even if multiple people share the same domain, you need to be added explicitly.
How to invite other team mates to your account:
1. Ask your team admin to invite you.- They can send you an invitation under Team Management → Invite Team Members.
- Decide whether they should be admins or members (this role does not have access to the billing).
2. Accept the invitation link.
- Make sure to log in with the same email address that was invited.
- Also make sure that your colleague hasn’t signed up already.
