I don’t see what my colleagues see - why?
If your colleagues can see features, settings, or sections that you can't, the most likely reason is that you have a different user role in the account.
The three roles in OtterlyAI

| Member | Can view and edit reports, prompts, and GEO audits. Cannot access team management, workspaces, or billing |

How to request a role upgrade
Only an Admin can change your role. Ask your account Admin to go to Team Management, find your name, and update your role.
Another possibility — wrong workspace
If your account has multiple workspaces (available on Standard and Premium plans), you may be viewing a different workspace than your colleagues. Check the workspace selector in the navigation and make sure you're in the same one.
