I want to cancel a subscription - how does that work?

You can cancel your Otterly.AI subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, you won’t be charged again, and your account will switch to the free plan with limited features.

How to cancel your subscription

1. Log in to your OtterlyAI account.
   
   
2. Go to Billing.
   
   
3. Click Manage Plan & Invoices.
   
   
4. You are forwarded to the Stripe Payment Portal. You can cancel there.
   
   
5. Select “Cancel Subscription” and confirm.

What happens after cancellation?

• You keep full access to all paid features until the end of the billing period.
  
  
• Your tracked AI search engines and historical data will be deleted after your account is cancelled.
  
  

Can I re-subscribe later?

Yes! You can upgrade again anytime from the Billing page.
