How can I add prompts?

There are three ways to add search prompts to OtterlyAI: manually one by one, in bulk via CSV, or using the AI Prompt Research tool. 

Method 1 — Add prompts manually

  1. Go to Search Prompts in the left navigation
  2. Click the Add Prompts button
  3. Type or paste your prompt text into the input field
  4. Select the country and language for this prompt
  5. Optionally assign a tag and connect it to a brand report
  6. Click Save Prompts

Method 2 — Import prompts in bulk via CSV

  • Go to Search Prompts and click Add Prompts
  • Select Import from file

Method 3 — Use the AI Prompt Research tool

  1. Go to AI Prompt Research (or navigate directly to app.otterly.ai/prompts/research)
  2. Enter your SEO keyword, URL, or brand/domain/industry
  3. Review the generated prompt suggestions and choose which ones to track
